Operations Manager

 Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across sales, distribution, and warehousing. 

• Drive sales targets and work with the sales team to improve market coverage and customer satisfaction. 

• Manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure product availability and timely delivery. 

• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfilment to minimise stock-outs and losses. 

• Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency. 

• Prepare performance reports and support management with data-driven recommendations. 

• Manage operating budgets and control costs across the operations function. 

• Supervise, train, and evaluate operations and sales support staff. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards. Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in an operations or management role. 

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 

• Prior working experience in the FMCG industry. 

• Experience in distribution management, inventory control, and supply chain coordination is highly desirable. 

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage. 

• Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
